At Team17, we don’t just coach football; we’ve lived it. Our team is comprised of ex-professional footballers who have competed at the highest levels of the English game. We translate "Pro-Club" standards into actionable drills for players of all ages.
Coach Connor, 23
Attacker
Coach Connor spent 8 years of his youth career at Watford FC followed by 5 years of professional football with Premier League side, AFC Bournemouth.
During that time he gained an untold amount of the country's top coaching knowledge and elite level technical and tactical information from managers like Eddie Howe, Gary O'Neil, Scott Parker, Frank Berghuis and Carl Martin!
Also playing alongside the likes of Jadon Sancho, Nathan Ake, Callum Wilson, Lloyd Kelly and Steve Cook,
Since leaving the professional game Connor has played semi-pro with Hemel Hempstead, Hampton & Richmond and gaining his first international cap with Guyana!

Coach AJ, 23
Defender
Coach AJ spent a impressive 13 years at Luton Town FC from the age of 8 to 22.
During the later years Coach AJ featured with the first team during their promotion clinching season in 2023.
During this time he played alongside the likes of Pelly Ruddock, Ross Barkley, Teden Mengi, Thomas Kaminski and Elijah Adebayo,
Now applying his trade at Enfield Town FC, AJ has worked toward gaining his coaching badges and sharing his professional knowledge with other players who want to get to the top!
Fun Fact AJ still holds the record for fastest top speed ever recorded in Luton Town FC history!

Defender
Coach Tarik spent 8 years of his youth career. at Norwich FC followed by 5 years of professional football with Premier League side, AFC Bournemouth.
During that time he gained an untold amount of the country's top coaching knowledge and elite level technical and tactical information from managers like Eddie Howe, Gary O’Neil, Scott Parker, Andoni Iraola and Ian Allison!
Since leaving the professional game he has played semi-pro with Hendon, Harrow Bourough and Lincoln Imps before signing for the Mighty Slough Town this summer!

Coach Jake, 21
Defender
Jake came through the ranks at Stevenage before joining Watford FC's academy in the summer of 2023. A versatile, technically gifted left-sided player who can operate as a centre-forward, wide attacker or left-back, Jake quickly established himself as a regular for Watford's Under-21s and earned a reputation as a set-piece specialist with a dangerous delivery from wide areas.
He has since made the move to Hemel Hempstead Town, where his technical quality, football intelligence and relentless work ethic have already caught the eye — with his versatility offering real value across multiple positions on the pitch
A product of the Watford academy system with a genuine will to win.

Coach Tosh, 25
Midfielder
A tenacious, ball-winning central midfielder, T'Sharne "Tosh" Gallimore has built a reputation across English non-league football for his energy, work rate and ability to drive his team forward in key moments. Tosh was part of the Generals' squad that won the Southern League Premier Division title in 2023/24.
Since then, he has gone on to represent Enfield Town and Bedford Town, taking in spells in both the National League South and National League North, before joining Hemel Hempstead Town as a defensive midfielder.
On the international stage, Tosh represents the British Virgin Islands — and wears the captain's armband for his country, anchoring the midfield in CONCACAF qualifiers and friendlies. A proud, career built on consistency, leadership and a relentless will to win.

Coach Dylan, 21
Dylan Glancy brings a blend of professional and grassroots football experience to his work behind the scenes of the game.
Dylan is closely involved in Harpenden Town's academy set-up, building a direct pathway for older players into the non-league system - a link that gives promising talent a genuine route into senior football when the professional academy route isn't the right fit.
Dylan also works as a scout for Premier League side Brentford, identifying and assessing talent as part of one of English football's most respected recruitment departments. Between his analytical work at Luton, his grassroots development role at Harpenden, and his scouting responsibilities at Brentford, Dylan offers a genuinely well-rounded perspective across every level of the game — from non-league pathways right through to the Premier League.
