Dylan is closely involved in Harpenden Town's academy set-up, building a direct pathway for older players into the non-league system - a link that gives promising talent a genuine route into senior football when the professional academy route isn't the right fit.

Dylan also works as a scout for Premier League side Brentford, identifying and assessing talent as part of one of English football's most respected recruitment departments.
