We provide elite-level coaching for players aged 6 to 21, as well as specialised off-season programs for Semi-Pro and EFL Professional players. Our sessions are tailored to the specific developmental needs of each age bracket.

Our primary training hub is located at Rothamsted Park, Harpenden. We utilise premium 3G surfaces to ensure a high-quality, consistent playing environment regardless of the weather.

We also offer training at your chosen location for groups or events.

To see genuine progression, we recommend consistent training, most our players train weekly. However, we offer an initial taster session for all new players to experience the Team17 environment before committing to a development block.

The "Team17 Difference" is our professional pedigree. Our lead coaches are ex-professional footballers who have played in the English Football League. We don't just facilitate games; we provide the technical "insider" knowledge that only comes from playing at the highest level.

While we cannot guarantee trials, our coaching is designed to bring players up to Academy Standards. We can focus on the specific attributes scouts look for, and because of our professional backgrounds, we can provide honest, expert advice on a player's current pathway.

Players should arrive in full training kit, wearing appropriate footwear for 3G pitches (moulded studs are recommended). Please ensure they bring a water bottle and come ready to work with a high-performance mindset.

If your child is U16 we strongly advice you to stay for the duration of the session, however if your child is comfortable with training alone they can, providing there are two coaches present.
